The Four Stages of Life Transition
An introduction to the conference by Dr. Michelle Mudge-Riley and René Massey. They will introduce the four phases of life transition, including before college, young adult/midcareer, advanced career and post career from a professional perspective. The conference will introduce issues to be discussed such as financial implications of career choice and what to do when life throws a curveball in your career path. Real tools will be offered to help you navigate your career journey and life.

Young Adult/Mid-Career: Building your career and career changes while achieving financial wellness. Brian Ford, Head of Financial Wellness at Truist will provide information on what to consider and provide resources for young women.

A panel of 3-6 young women will spend 30 minutes talking about their experiences and answering questions to help you better understand what girls and young women are struggling with and how to help.
